Hanes Geo Components is looking to hire an experienced Cycle Checker for our branch in Houston, TX. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience performing cycle count or inventory control related work in a distribution warehouse setting.
• Able to operate office equipment.
• Able to operate lift trucks.
• Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions.
• Commitment to Management System and continual improvement process.

• All employees have the responsibility to identify and stop further processing of non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality system.
• All employees must take action to prevent nonconformities related to the product produced, service provided, or the Management system.
• All employees have the responsibility to bring forth suggestions for improvement and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Gather tickets and delete.
• Cycle check inventory.
• Create cycle check report and distribute copies.
• Disposition of obsolete inventory.
• Production reporting to be neat and accurate.
• Ability to lift 75 – 100 pounds.
• Participate in the continuous quality process.
• Conform to all quality/safety requirements and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.
