Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roofing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our projects by accurately estimating costs, materials, and labor needed for roofing projects. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough on-site assessments to evaluate roofing project requirements.
-Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
-Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure competitive and well-detailed bids.
-Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to identify potential challenges and solutions.
-Keep abreast of industry trends, roofing products, and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
 - Proven experience as a roofing estimator in the construction industry. Ability to go on the roof to find a source of leak.
 - Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
 - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
 - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus).
