Qualifications

We do not require certifications or licenses for our caregivers (although helpful),You should apply if you have a valid drivers license and a smartphone.

The individual should also have good people and communication skills, the desire to learn, the ability to problem solve and be able to maintain professional boundaries.

Caregiver Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals to work with individuals who have disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses.

We value not only our clients but our employees as well.

We have a range of opportunities for those who have experience and for those who would like to explore caregiving.

We provide online and in-person training as ongoing support to those with little to no experience.

We also work with you and your schedule needs!

We currently have multiple openings for part-time and full-time employment in several locations around Vermont.

We also have weekend and evening work available, so whether you want a full-time job, or you want to add extra income to your workweek and make a big difference in someone's life, becoming a caregiver with us may be the perfect solution.

We have openings for both experienced and non-experienced individuals.

Multiple levels of employment are available, from per diem to lead caregivers.
