We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations of our spa locations in the Jacksonville area. The Regional Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across all locations. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional spa experiences. Travel within the Orlando market is required on a weekly basis, so reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to spa managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set clear expectations and performance goals for each location, and monitor progress towards achieving objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support for professional development.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all spa locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, spa utilization and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments including HR, marketing, and finance to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
3. Customer Experience:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring that each guest receives a memorable and personalized spa experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, seeking to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention, such as loyalty programs and special promotions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
