High volume medical/surgical office in Metairie is offering full-time positions for Front Desk Receptionists.
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for all aspects of patient related in-take and coordination of related medial and insurance information. If you are computer savvy, eager to learn, customer focused, and have a friendly personality, we want to hear from you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and input relevant information in the patient medical record software
• Utilize customer service and active engagement skills with all patient communications
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
• Conduct new patient registration process for the in-take of all new patients
• Coordinate the in-take process for patient check-in andappointment completion process for patient check- out

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred to have 1-2 years of experience in a Medical office
• Must maintain a high level of work accuracy to support the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
• Must maintain a professional and compassionate delivery of service with a high level of customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer relations
