Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and machinery
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Experience using CMMS software is preferred
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal components is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
