Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and supervisory skills. Duties: - Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained according to established protocols - Coordinate with other departments to meet the housekeeping needs of the organization - Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations - Address and resolve any guest or employee concerns related to housekeeping services - Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction Skills: - Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written If you have a passion for cleanliness, strong leadership abilities, and experience in housekeeping management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
