The Hampton Inn & Suites, a Cohenterprises, Incowned and operated property, is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join the team! The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, reliable, and is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Job Overview

Balance guest room, banquet & catering, and miscellaneous charges daily. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing Property Management System tapes/journals to breakdown revenue.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary.
• Balance all revenue rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have basic mathematical skills and the ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Previous Hotel Night Auditor Experience Preferred.

*This is an overnight shift that runs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
