Guest Service Representative

We are hiring smiles, and a person who enjoys interacting with guests and creating memorable experiences.

Job Description:

Assist guests with arrival and departures.

Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.

Complete front desk check-in and check-out functions.

Promote hotels and brand marketing programs.

Good communications skills.

Follows safety and emergency.

Anticipates the guest’s needs and delivers upon the guest’s requests. in a timely manner.

Cross-train in other hotel job as needed.

Assist with setting up breakfast.

Hotel experience a plus.
