We here at the Hampton Inn & Suites in St. Cloud are seeking to grow our Front Desk Team! Ensuring guest satisfaction is our top priority and we feel the best way to accomplish this is to provide our team with the proper tools and resources to do their best. If you are looking to pursue a new field and learn the Hospitality industry, we will be happy to provide the needed training for you to start/progress your career. This role will be required to work every other weekend only and some holidays. The shifts are day shift (7am-3pm)

Some of the essential Job Functions:

- Providing guests with information about policies, services and amenities
- Assist guests with all requests
- Registering guests
- Making reservations
- Answering the phone
- Ensuring guest safety
- Respond to guest complaints quickly and effectively
- Manage guest accounts
- Balancing cash accounts
- Processing guest payments

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be able to problem solve in order to resolve guest issues
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask
- Computer literate
- Flexible schedule
