This is a Saturday, Sunday and Monday and Wednesday position. Applicants must be able to work this schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure that all food items are stocked and displayed properly
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed, such as dishwashing or food preparation
- Operate POS system to process guest payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus
- Basic culinary skills are beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
