JOB DESCRIPTION
A Guest Services Agent/Night Audit is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This position must be available for pm/audit shifts.
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Night Audit:
* Balancing the house and turning the system over for the next day
* Must have the ability to work by one self and manage one self. This is an autonomous job.
*Must have the ability to be strong and deal with potential conflict, noise complaints, and make sound judgment on sold out nights.
*Must have a flexible audit schedule.. As In can work any of the 7 days a week.
