Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Must Have at Least 4 Years Hotel Exercises .

Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience with supervising or leading a team is preferred.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
