Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service corridors to ensure all spaces meet our high standards.
• Work closely with housekeeping staff to address and rectify any discrepancies, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
• Educate and lead our housekeeping team in best practices and maintaining hotel standards.
• Oversee the supply inventory, ensuring all materials are in stock and properly distributed.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and safety hazards to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Keen Attention to Detail:

Your ability to spot and resolve issues promptly will be crucial in this role.

Experience in Housekeeping: A background in housekeeping or hotel operations, particularly in a supervisory role, will be highly advantageous.

Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will help in coordinating with both staff and guests.
