Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with guest check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk, or guest services preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
