Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown is looking for a customer-focused, energetic leader who is ready to take their career to the next level as our new Guest Services Manager at our Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown hotel. In this role, you’ll have the ability to assist in leading our operations by training, coaching, and mentoring operations staff, enabling them to provide outstanding guest experiences. This role focuses on the guest experience, and serves to constantly assess the guest experience, and lead efforts towards providing a memorable and impactful stay.
