JNR Management Inc., is a growing hotel management company. We currently own and manage 12 hotels located in the New England area.

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager at our Residence Inn in Norwood Massachusetts.

What will I be doing?

As the Operations Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the hotel. Managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for

• Assisting the General Manager in Monitoring and developing team member performance of the Frond Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance departments.
• Obtain knowledge of the PMS system
• Work with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction is being achieved
• Review operational performance, identify areas of opportunity in productivity, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, and implement action plans to correct those deficiencies
• Ensure all mandatory brand training is being completed by team members
• Have working knowledge of all hotel departments
• Uphold company and brand standards and policies
• Manage labor standards and provided coaching as needed
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, brand standard compliance and service and financial measurements.
• Recruit, interview and train team members
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
• Prepare staff schedules in accordance with company standards
• Provide guidance to department heads and staff members
• Assist the GM with accounting responsibilities
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed

Role Requirements

• Previous Hotel experience is preferred
• Previous Hotel supervisory role is preferred

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
