Hampton Inn by Hilton Greensburg is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Greensburg, PA

We are a multiple award winning hotel looking for a "hamptonality" filled person to join our team at the front desk! Smiles and a go-getter attitude are a must for this role. We are looking for a candidate with a flexible schedule to work our front desk shifts! The hours may vary from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.

JOB SUMMARY:

The front desk is the heart of our hotel and is responsible for communication between guests and members of our team. The front desk agent duties include, but are not limited to, checking in and out guests, ensuring all requests are met, as well as handling any issues that may arise and assign resolution to proper department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task a must!

JOB DUTIES:

Check guests into and out of rooms using Hilton's PEP system

Assist guests in making reservations in person and on phone.

Being responsible for and balancing cash drawer before, during, and after shift.

Provide administrative and general support to management staff.

Manage incoming phone calls for general information, as well as transfer calls to proper department when required.

Assign rooms and complete requests for arriving guests.

Follow Hilton's Standard Operation Procedures.

Light cleaning and daily stocking of amenities/snacks.

Any additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.25 per hour
