Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Evening Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the front desk area, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment during the hours of 3pm to 11pm on Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the front desk staff including training and being able to problem solve to the best of your ability.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests

The schedule will be 3pm to 11pm Tuesday through Saturday. Your days off would be Sunday and Monday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
