Duties:
- Manage and oversee the housekeeping operations of the hotel
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of custodial equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
