Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling and balancing daily financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones, making reservations, and assisting with guest services
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight shifts

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
