**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities

- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures

- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette

- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous

- Excellent guest relations skills are essential

- Understanding of hotel management practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.83 - $14.00 per hour
