Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient in office management tasks.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects as assigned
- Manage office tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling appointments and managing records

Skills:
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience in clerical duties such as data entry and filing
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Familiarity with office management tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
