Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
This position requires a high level of professionalism, as the Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong attention to detail.
