Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced, friendly and customer service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests during the overnight shift, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires the candidate to be an excelled self-starter, with strong time management and communication skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Guest Services Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate guest records, including contact information, payment details, and special requests
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Provide recommendations for dining options, entertainment venues, and other local attractions
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests

Night Audit responsibilities:

- Process night audit, turning day over in the system.

- Set up daily reservations for corporate accounts and third parties

- Ensure all night-audit paperwork is filed correctly

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Bilingual language skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professionalism:

- The position requires the ability to remain calm under pressure, while providing top-notch customer service.

- Professional verbiage used with guests, and well as maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

- Arrive ready to work, in front desk uniform or business attire.

Experience:

- Previous experience in front desk or night audit position at a Hilton, Marriott or IHG property is required
