Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and open availibility on the weekends and nights.

Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Hospitality Industry, preferably in the hotel industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
