Auto Parts Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities :

• Supports a TEAM work environment, builds trusted relationships with customers, exercises a continual industry-leading customer experience, and meets or exceeds all financial and performance-based metrics
• Maintains a consistent flow of communication with the Store Manager and works in harmony with all other functional support groups
• Ensures a safe work environment for all employees
• Properly manages store activities to ensure superior operational efficiency and performance
• Engages team members and business activities in a way that produces profitable market share expansion
• Brings quick and effective resolution to business issues, as well as business growth opportunities

Auto Parts Assistant Store Manager Requirements :

• 5 years of either successful automotive aftermarket, truck aftermarket, or dealership parts store experience
• ASE Certification and experience in heavy duty and service are a plus
• Practices open and clear communication, thrives in a fast-based business environment, and enjoys developing and mentoring a highly efficient team members
• Willingness to increase customer account base and develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Ability to balance customer and business needs while protecting the best interest of the company
