This is a great opportunity for an HVAC professional who enjoys doing just preventive maintenance work on systems. 

Pay:  $18 - $20 starting pay DOE

• Must be 21 years of age (or close to) for insurance purposes
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 3 points on MVR
• Must pass preemployment drug and background checks
• 3 years experience in maintenance or similar mechanical/technical position
• Completion of HVAC training - preferred
• EPA required or must earn within 90 days of employment
