- Hammer & Nails Grooming for Guys - Naples is currently seeking Licensed Cosmetologists to add to our team.
- Candidate must perform Haircuts, Beard Grooming, Face Treatments, Facial Waxing, and Color Camo.
- We also offer Hand & Foot nail services.
- Please have experience working with these types of services.
- We know a grooming shop is only as good as its artists.
- We need artists that can turn FROGS back into Princes. Someone who puts Edward Scissor Hands to shame.

- Perform grooming services for each member/guest.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the shop’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure a “white glove” standard of service is maintained during service and throughout the shop.
- Ensure members/guests feel welcome upon arrival for their appointments.
- Recommend upgraded/premium services and future visits as well as promote retail grooming products.
- Stock and maintain stations according to the shop’s operating procedures.
- Assist, when needed, with washing and folding all linens used in the shop.
- Arrive before starting the shift with time to prepare for the day.
- Maintain and increase knowledge of all service offerings and new products by attending in-house instruction, required continuing education courses, and new product promotions.
- Assist management and staff as needed.
- Understand the needs of members/guests to earn trust and maintain loyalty.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
