Upscale salon Mancini's nails and spa: Looking for hairstylist and/or nail tech and/or esthetician and /or message therapist
Responsibilities:
Hairstylist- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
Nail Tech- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Recommend appropriate hair and beauty products to clients
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a cosmetologist
- Proficient in product demos and recommending products to clients
- Knowledge of salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Strong retail sales skills to promote and sell hair and beauty products to clients
- Experience in tattooing is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to increase sales
- Proficient in using straight razors for shaving and grooming
