Hamilton Exhibits is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near Indianapolis, IN

Hamilton is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to support our creative space!

Under the guidance of the Design Director, StudioH, this position will contribute to the successful creation of exhibit designs within Studio H.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop graphic elements for integrated marketing deliverables and drive graphic treatments for environmental solutions
  • Interpret messaging in graphic form, adhering to client-provided brand standards
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by translating ideas and concepts into visual storytelling
  • Design spec creative of marketing elements
  • Inform graphic direction for environmental and digital deliverables
  • Provide estimated hours for estimating purposes
  • Collaborate with Marketing team and Account Director on the compilation of the final presentation pitch deck
  • Set graphic direction and template
  • Design or edit slides
  • Review final presentation deck for visual consistency
  • Collaborate with and support Design, Marketing, Digital, and other departments across the organization where appropriate
  • Assist with graphic layouts and production files
  • Maintain archive of current and past projects
  • Maintain fluency in current design trends, materials, and presentation techniques

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field required
  • 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Ability to operate under time constraints, influence design and lead large projects
  • Ability to communicate and present work in a clear and compelling fashion
  • Ability to interface with clients and make presentations and translate client feedback
  • Effectively work in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience in creation of marketing/experiential event concepts preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitments to meeting and/or exceeding deadlines and goals
  • Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of print and digital media; motion graphics is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
