This is a direct-hire opportunity.

The schedule is 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The salary is $60,000-$65,000 a year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Communicate with factory to plan inventory needs
• Prepare and coordinate import documentation
• Interface with import broker and logistics providers
• Receive shipments, unload with forklift, and organize stock in the warehouse
• Provide customer service and accept purchase orders
• Prepare shipments for both truck and UPS
• Coordinate trucking documentation, pickups and load
• Make bank deposits
• Supervise bookkeeper to ensure proper order entry, cash flow needs, vendor payments, online banking, customer communication, etc.
• Maintain clean work environment
• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements :

• Experience with international logistics and production planning
• Warehouse management experience
• Financial management experience
• Excellent computer skills; experience with shipping software
• Experience communicating with customers
• Material handling experience, including using forklifts
• Able to work independently and often alone
• Able to work Saturdays if needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
