- Inspect and diagnose issues with commercial and industrial overhead doors, including motors, springs, tracks, and electrical components
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components as needed
- Install new doors or perform upgrades to existing doors to improve functionality and security
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and installations
- Measure and cut materials to required dimensions
- Ensure proper alignment and functionality of doors and openers
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites
