Hamaspik Choice is Hiring a Medicaid Quality Improvement Manager Near Brooklyn, NY

Job Overview:

The Medicaid Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for the improvement of the plan’s ratings in the Medicaid Quality Pool and Consumer Guide programs. This position supports the Medicaid Quality team across the MLTC and MAP LOBs, through coordination, materials development, management, facilitate quality improvement education with provider partners, meeting facilitation and provide project managements for quality initiatives and audits.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Champion continuous improvement in our quality metrics and member satisfaction, leading to top-tier rankings in the quality pool and consumer guide.

· Forge strong partnerships with UAS and Care Management teams, fostering a collaborative environment for member well-being.

· Collaborate with the UAS team to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality measures, promoting a culture of meticulous record-keeping.

· Facilitate weekly care management huddles, providing constructive feedback to supervisors on their presentations.

· . Lead the Member Incentive Quality Program, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.

· Develop a data-driven Annual Performance Improvement Plan to present to the DOH, outlining strategies for continuous quality enhancement.

Required Education, Experience, and Licenses:

· Strong organizational skills

· Experience facilitating and coordinating meetings/workgroups.

· Exposure to project management

· A passion to improve the lives of our members and the quality of our plan.

· 1-3 years healthcare experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
