Seeking passionate applicants for a front desk office position primarily receiving in-bound calls and greeting walk in clients.

Must possess a professional appearance, excellent communication and active listening skills.

This position is responsible for assessing the needs of the customer, scheduling appointments, clarifying information and providing overall excellent customer service and support.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent telephone and in-person customer service and computer skills, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle a high call volume and in office customers on a daily basis with a keen interest and passion in providing each customer with a high standard of care and attention.

Will work independently as well as in a team environment.
