HALO is looking for an Account Support Advisor who will ensure excellent customer service and be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving order issues, and providing information about products discrepancies, damages, returns, and shipment inquires, etc.. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting customer needs through various channels as phone, email and live chat. To be successful in this role, one should have a deep
understanding of the company’s product, services, and a deep commitment to providing accurate and timely information to our customers.
