**WHO WE ARE:**

The Senior Demand and Inventory Planner reports to the Integrated Business Planning organization. Within this dynamic framework, the Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, and Demand Planning teams work collaboratively with the Advanced Analytics, Product, and Customer organizations to set plans that achieve Hallmark's revenue and EBIT goals. The D&I Planner specifically works to increase forecast accuracy while decreasing inventory and discards, and also partners with the Supply Chain organization to deliver on flawless program execution. The planners' work is a key input to the S&OP process, providing inventory and discarding impact assumptions for leadership consideration.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:**

The Senior Demand and Inventory Planner will be responsible for helping to stand up the Blue Yonder Demand Planning and Fulfillment tools at Hallmark. The planner will initially assist with functional testing, training, and work process development for the Demand and Inventory Planning team. The planner will be expected to share functional expertise from prior experiences and apply those learnings to Hallmark business situations. The planner will have the opportunity for collaborative work across functions as the end-to-end process is evaluated, as well as many opportunities for leadership exposure. The planner will also serve as the lead functional expert when initial demand forecasts are built and enriched utilizing Blue Yonder Demand Planning, and subsequently as the initial unconstrained and constrained shipment plans are developed using Blue Yonder Fulfillment.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

*The following is required to be considered for this role:*

* Bachelors Degree or 4 years of professional work experience

* Minimum 3 years of Demand or Inventory Planning experience

* Experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Demand Planning and Fulfillment

* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Bachelors Degree

* MBA or Master's degree in relevant field

* Demonstrated functional expertise executing Blue Yonder SCPO Demand Planning and Fulfillment for a CPG company, focused on forecasting models and replenishment.

* Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills

* Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data

* Possess the ability to work confidently with personnel at all organizational levels

* Must be flexible and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced environment with simultaneous multiple demands and priorities-- Able to navigate and champion change

* APICS or other relevant certification

* Prior Demand and/or Inventory Planning experience in an SAP-enabled environment

* Working knowledge of Microstrategy or aptitude to learn
