POSITION SUMMARY:

Be the first face smiling face for patients, family membersand visitors!

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Welcome on-site visitors, assist themappropriately, COVID 19 screening and always provide excellent customer serviceto both the visitors and fellow staff members.
• Assisting BOM with all aspects of clerical, dataentry, and billing duties.

QUALIFICATIONS &REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum High School diploma orequivalent G.E.D
• Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience,preferably in a healthcare environment
• Must have excellent phone etiquette,communication skills, and customer service skills
• Must have working knowledge of computers,internet access, and the ability to navigate within Microsoft Office Suite, orsimilar programs
