Pay Range: $100, 000 - $150, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of approximately 30-40 family law cases, with the expectation that a significant portion will proceed to court
Engage actively in litigation, demonstrating comfort and proficiency in the courtroom
Work collaboratively with paralegals and legal assistants, maintaining open and effective communication
Contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence through diligent case management and client interaction
Adapt to a paperless work environment while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client information
Participate in the firm s community engagement and reputation-building activities
Requirements:
J.D. From an accredited law school and active bar status in Colorado
2-5 years of legal experience, with a preference for backgrounds in family law and litigation
Courtroom experience highly preferred, indicating a readiness to handle litigious cases
Proficiency with legal software, specifically Clio, and comfort using Mac products and iPads in the courtroom
Strong independent work ethic, with the ability to also work effectively as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reflecting the firm s emphasis on client care and internal synergy
