Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum of one year experience surgery scheduling in a professional medical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance and medical coding
• Willingness to be flexible in job duties and responsibilities as the needs of the business fluctuate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent phone skills and ability to handle multiple phone lines
