Halifax Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician.
The Patient Care Technician functions within the areas of Nurses stations and patient areas as assigned. This individual performs phlebotomy, patient transportation, direct para-professional nursing care to Nursing Units and Emergency Department patients, as well as various registration and clerical duties. This individual is responsible and accountable to an assigned group of newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
