Halff has an opening for a Professional Civil Engineer/ Project Manager to work on our Water Resources team in Conroe, TX. The responsibilities of this position will be to perform project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water resources planning, and initial design for private and public stormwater infrastructure. Halff is seeking a highly skilled professional to create cost-effective, maintainable and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies and developers.
