Halff is Hiring a Survey Project Manager / RPLS Near Richardson, TX
- Must be an RPLS
- Minimum 5 years in office preparing boundary, topographic, site, utility and construction survey documents / drawings, legal descriptions.
- Ability to work in Civil 3D is required.
- Ability to work in Trimble Business Center, MicroStation and/or Open Roads Design is a plus.
- Extensive experience in preparing legal descriptions.
- Experience with various municipalities in DFW area is a plus.
- Computer skills should include survey processing software capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with survey crews.
- Capable of conducting critical negotiations and handling controversial issues.
- Ability to successfully manage projects including developing scope of work, schedule and fee. Supports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals.
- Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. Ensure that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion which includes client meetings, project team communication, monitoring budgets and progress.
