Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Civil Engineer (P.E.) to be our Project Manager with our Transportation/Advanced Planning team out of our Richardson, TX office. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of TxDOT Advanced Planning project experience in the consulting industry. Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation / Advanced Planning Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple multi-discipline project development teams.

* Coordinate with clients and lead delivery of transportation planning project development.

* Manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants and client interaction.

* Work closely with the region's transportation director and transportation practice leader in business development activities.

Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation / Advanced Planning Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree

* A minimum of 10 years of Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) project experience

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced planning and schematic project delivery

* Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Texas

* Ability to manage multiple projects, and supervise technical staff

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success

Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation / Advanced Planning Preferred Requirements:

* Contacts/relationships within TxDOT

* Experience with public involvement and public speaking

* Understanding of the NEPA/Environmental process

* Project pursuits/proposals/interviews
