** Position Description**
**Bartender** Location **WA - Seattle** Job Code **4015** # of Openings **3** **Beertenders / Bartenders, You have to love Craft Beer!** **The Redhook Brewlab** is hiring **Bartenders** at our amazing Brewpub in Capitol Hill! **Specific duties include:**
* Responsible for money handling procedures
* Greets and serves customers in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
* Responsible for all aspects of guest service, including controlling service to guests who might need to be cut off
* Responsible for correctly ringing in all guest orders and all accompanying book work at the end of each shift
* Each Bartender will take responsibility to see that the bar is clean and buffed at all times
* Remain fully aware of the bar area and its needs, including the cleanliness of the bar, guests, tickets from servers, glassware, and available beers and wines
* Adheres to proper hygiene policies
**Position Requirements:**
* Wide Open Schedule Availability, willing to remain available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
* Cicerone Beer Server Certification, or ability to pass the course. Redhook will cover all costs associated to take the test!
