Job Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Aftermarket Sales Representatives (ASRs) both in-office and while on the road.
  2. Proposal Assistance: Assist in drafting and refining proposals for potential customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  3. Invoice Management: Aid in the creation, processing, and management of invoices for sales transactions and services rendered.
  4. Territory Coordination: Collaborate with ASRs to effectively map out and segment assigned territories, facilitating efficient customer engagement.
  5. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers as a representative of HaF Equipment, addressing inquiries, and providing support as needed.
  6. Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and administrative tasks using Salesforce or other designated software.
  7. Sales Support: Provide additional support during sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  8. Calendar Management: Assist ASRs in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management and customer visits.
  9. Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between ASRs, management, and other internal departments, facilitating seamless communication and information flow.
  10. Territory Management Plan Implementation: Support the execution of territory management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency; Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as business management, marketing, or engineering is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in communication, organization, and computer skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
