Job Summary

We are an Importer of Asian confectionery snack products and we’re seeking a self-confident Sales Representative to join our team. This candidate must be detailed oriented, diligent, & responsible. Fluency in Mandarin is a must 必须说普通话 simple spoken English.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Submits orders by visiting clientele and referring to price lists and product literature.
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customers needs.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team when necessary to facilitate collection process.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with difficult individuals and/or situations.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer volume.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory sales goals & analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese ( 必须说普通话).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and able to travel.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
