Hadrian is Hiring a Technician Recruiting Specialist Near Los Angeles, CA

Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian builds software-defined precision component factories for aerospace customers. After a successful customer beta phase, we are expanding to our second factory in Torrance and hiring the last members of our foundational team.

We are looking for machinists with a passion to push the trade forward and engineers with the drive to augment manufacturing.

Position Overview

Hadrian seeks a dynamic Technician Development Specialist (TDS) dedicated to forging the future of our entry-level workforce through innovative recruitment and comprehensive apprenticeship management. Ideal for those passionate about the power of manual labor and its potential to transform lives, this role offers a unique blend of hands-on recruiting and training within the manufacturing domain. By owning both recruitment and training processes, the TDS will significantly shape the capabilities and culture of Hadrian's technician workforce.
