Hadinger Flooring of Naples is looking for a Flooring Project Manager to oversee installations and ensure projects are completed to company standards. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of flooring products and installation procedures, as well as a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar position.

This position requires the use of a company vehicle. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving history, and be insurable on our company auto insurance policy.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison for all aspects related to the installation (timelines, changes, issues, management, etc.)
• Ensure all timelines and deadlines are met as promised
• Coordinate project inspections with the Installation department
• Design accurate floor preparation estimates prior to installations
• Communicate with installers, customers, and Installation Department to ensure projects are completed to company standards
• Complete final inspection of all installations
• Assist the installation team with coordinating repairs as needed
• Maintain a positive relationship with members of all departments within the organization
• Provide every customer with top-level service and communication
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience working with flooring installers and crews
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Excellent math and planning capabilities
• Excellent problem solving, customer service, and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet functions
• Must be dependable and reliable!
• High school diploma or equivalent
