```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. As a Project Assistant, you will travel to the job sites and provide support to the Project Manager and Estimating team to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. Construction/Flooring experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning and coordination
- Maintain project documentation and files
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing and distributing project-related materials
- Conduct research and gather data for project reports
- Provide general administrative support to the project team
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and stakeholders
- Manage supplies and inventory
- Assist with calendar management for project deadlines and milestones

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast paced tile and marble industry is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Computer literacy a must. Word, Excel, IOS devices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
